May Goals
  1. Start the Hal Higdon Novice 5k Training plan
  2. Get 4x workouts in a week (64% of the month)
  3. Eat more at home on the weekends
  4. Try two new recipes
  5. Read two books (currently: “Tuesdays with Morrie,” …after that, “The Stand”?)
  6. Cut out soda - both diet & regular/Drink more water
  7. Eat more paleo
  8. Log all workouts
  9. Appreciate my body more
  10. Lose weight. (Goal: 7lbs)
